Unfazed Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The “Unfazed Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Crep Protect, 7714 North Lehigh Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60714, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at 8:00 AM Mountain Time on 29 August 2026 and ends at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, visit crepprotect.com/pages/unfazed (e.g. by scanning the on-site QR code), complete the entry form with the required information (first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and ZIP code), agree to these Official Rules, and submit. Limit: one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries, and entries using multiple identities, are void. Per Sponsor direction, opting in to SMS marketing is required to submit an entry; email marketing consent is optional.
5. Prizes. Grand Prize (one (1) winner): a year’s supply of Crep Protect product, delivered in a single shipment — one (1) Sneaker Bag including: 1× Sneaker Bag, 3× Cure Kit, 3× Spray, 2× of each Deodoriser, 1× Suede, 2× Foam Mini, and 2× 12-pack Wipes (product bundle ARV $303) — plus Unfazed Merch (promotional items only; no monetary or cash value; specific items at Sponsor’s discretion). Instant Prizes (up to two hundred (200) winners): one (1) free Crep Protect Leather Reviver (ARV $16 each). The prize covers the product only — the winner is responsible for shipping & handling, added to the cart and payable at checkout. Instant Prizes must be claimed via the unique link within 30 days of receipt and in any event expire on 27 September 2026; unclaimed prizes are forfeited. Instant Prizes are delivered by SMS, so SMS opt-in is required to receive one. Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $3,500. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, with no cash alternative, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection & Notification. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or about 1 September 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or SMS at the contact details provided within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond and claim within thirty (30) days; failure to respond, an invalid contact detail, or non-compliance with these Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Instant Prizes are delivered automatically via a unique SMS claim link that adds one (1) free Leather Reviver to the recipient’s cart (winner pays shipping & handling at checkout).
7. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at crepprotect.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering you consent to Sponsor’s use of your information to administer the Promotion. Marketing communications are sent only if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to SMS; use the unsubscribe link in emails).
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity. Released parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions.
10. Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law / Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States. No arbitration clause applies.
12. Platform Disclaimer. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform. Crep Protect is an official sponsor of the Unfazed festival; this Promotion is run by Crep Protect.
